Hi, I’m Eriko Her. But call me, Riko!

Eriko Her is a therapist in Kansas City. Eriko Her’s expertise is in postpartum depression and anxiety disorders.

I’m a licensed professional counselor (a mental health therapist) in the Kansas City, Kansas metro area. Located in Overland Park, Kansas. And I’d love to help you regain the life you lost.

My approach is collaborative and encouraging. Yet challenging you to meet your full potential! My clients often report noticing a difference within a few sessions. And feeling empowered like they’re regaining the life they had. Before anxiety ripped it from them.

I’m trauma informed therapist. Specializing in postpartum depression, couples, and anxiety disorders.

Qualifications

I’m currently pursuing a 7-month certificate training in Trauma through the Trauma Research Foundation Organization. Being educated by leading experts in the field such as Peter Levine and Bessel van der Kolk. I’m also working towards my certification in perinatal mental health with Postpartum Support International. And completed the core foundational courses along with the advanced training in psychotherapy. I’ve also completed the foundational training in EFT for couples therapy through ICEEFT.
